Too often, family bars and grills offer little more than a place where dad can catch the game while kids chew on greasy burgers. And while, yes, there are plenty of TVs at Coachs, there's much more to this family-friendly hang. High ceilings and a long marble bar give it a classy veneer, while two pool tables and a half dozen video games provide extra entertainment when the game on TV ends. A party room and a long, partially-covered patio give the kids even more space to roam. And with menu options like pot roast with new potatoes and baby carrots and lemon pepper tilapia, they wont have to dip everything in ketchup.
Honestly, who doesnt want to watch television in the bathroom? It sounds like a concept Homer Simpson would gladly pioneer, but technology has finally caught up with our dreams, and Coachs Bar and Grill has made toilet TV a reality. Of course, you can also stay at your table; each is outfitted with its own flat screen, and even more monitors flash along the walls of the large, open dining area and bar. Menu standouts include fish tacos and lizzards (liver and gizzards combo with gravy), and food and drink specials are available daily.
