No joke, the potato truck has a staff of four.

In April, the Idaho Potato Truck hauling a massive sculpture of a potato rolled through town as part of its national tour to honor the 75th anniversary Idaho Potato Commission. Now it's back in town for a Meals on Wheels benefit at Hotel Phillips and 12 Baltimore. The fundraiser happens tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Hotel Phillips (106 W. 12th St.) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A few fun facts about the 11-foot-tall potato from the press release announcing the benefit:

-Would take more than 10,000 years to grow.

-Is 1,102 times heavier than the largest potato ever grown, which weighed 11 pounds.

-Could make 30,325 servings of mashed potatoes and more than 1.4 million (1,455,570) average-sized fries!

That last one begs the question: Who measured and calculated what an "average" size fry is?
