Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill

Some vegetarians won't dine in a restaurant that has animal flesh on the menu. Well, Genghis Khan does offer meat and seafood on the buffet line leading up to the communal grill, but for those diners who have a beef with beef — or anything else that once moved or wagged a tail — the kitchen crew will gladly take the little bowls filled with chopped veggies, bean sprouts and tofu and grill it up on a different hot surface at the back of the kitchen, so there's no possibility that even a slice of carrot will ever come in contact with a surface that just sizzled with a mess o' juicy chicken. Menu items are vegan-friendly, too, and the bartenders mix a wicked martini, also totally meatless.
