JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provides administrative assistance to our sales, business, and events departments
· General administrative and office duties (answering phones, purchasing inventory, mail, facility maintenance) · Keeps departments running smoothly according to deadlines
· Manages and traffics ad reservations
· Generates/creates statements, invoices and tearsheets
· Tracks sales & generates reports
· Manages payments, posts deposits & other reporting
· Office and off-site support for marketing and events

QUALIFICATIONS
· Loves The Pitch
· Positive energy & "can do" attitude a must
· Robust organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Work autonomously as well as part of a team
· Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

We're seeking talented and ambitious Outside Advertising Sales Reps to join our high-performing team in print and online media sales. You will be responsible for hunting out new leads, running at least 10 to 20 weekly in-person sales appointments, creating customized proposals and presentations, closing new business and weekly maintenance of those accounts. Making your paycheck grow.
