The burgers in Burgers American Grill are Angus beef (a veggie burger is also available), and the Classic ($5.75) is dressed with lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, yellow mustard and American cheese. The other offerings - created by former Saddle & Sirloin Club executive chef Nathan Harvercroft - are less traditional with the Magic Mushroom (thyme and roasted garlic aioli, smoked gouda, carmelized onion and portabella mushrooms) and a Baja Burger (pepper jack, pico de gallo, crunchy tortilla strips and bomb sauce). The grill side brings chicken sandwiches, hot ham and brie, pork tenderloin and Greek gyros to the table. The drinks are the drive-in staples of shakes, malts, sodas and ices (the grill's version of slushes).
